Developed entirely in-house IRIS is our unique online rental management service, allowing all end users, rental brokers, resellers and daily rental providers to do business via a single, paperless systems platform. There is no other system that is as truly comprehensive and as genuinely innovative as IRIS.
IRIS wasn't designed by IT specialists, but by rental professionals with a commercial objective, who were simply looking to improve their own business processes and enhance their bottom line.
At the heart of IRIS are a series of functions all conducted online in real-time to facilitate a best in market rental management process, and all without any human interface, once the initial set-up has been completed. Indeed, IRIS operates on the basis that the number of touch points should be kept to the absolute minimum - if an individual needs to 'touch' the rental proposition then there is likely to be an error.
