This is achieved through an entrepreneurial management team that has many years experience in the vehicle rental industry and recognises the value of high quality customer service, combined with the ability to act fast.
As one of the most successful executives in the rental industry, holding a number of key positions at National Car Rental, Neil McCrossan has been defining the shape of the daily rental market for over 25 years.
He joined Nexus in 2008 as part of the MBO/MBI and has an in-depth understanding of the issues facing the lease and fleet sectors as well as those encountered by the end user businesses of all sizes.

After graduating top of his class in economics from Manchester University John took up his first role at Nexus in 2000 and has grown with our business over the course of the past 5 years. John has successfully played an instrumental role in the success of the company from Financial Controller through to Operational Strategy, and has become a crucial member of the Nexus management team.
John has been instrumental in managing many high-profile accounts and customers, whilst simultaneously overseeing operational strategy of the business.

A successful and proven Finance Director, Chris joined Nexus at the beginning of 2009.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and subsequently held senior roles with Schroders, ING Barings and Piper Jaffray. He is therefore bringing a high level of financial management expertise to Nexus.

Vicki was Head of Key Accounts for National Car Rental for more than 5 years, with a career spanning in excess of 15 years within the rental industry. She has a deep understanding of the vehicle rental process and the key drivers for decision makers.
Vicki leads both the field-based sales force and the Telesales team based at Nexus HQ in Leeds.

Having worked with Nexus for 5 years in an IT consultancy role, Simon joined the Nexus team in 2005. Previously, he had led the team responsible for the original E-Nexus online rental system in 2000.
This early adoption of web technology in rental, revolutionised the way that we worked. Since joining Nexus, the company has progressed significantly with the full introduction of the IRIS system into the UK marketplace
Simon Hodgson, Head of IT
Since starting at Nexus in October 2005, Mike has integrated himself into the Management team and is helping move the company forward to achieve its goals. He has a wide experience in the billing functions of many fleet and rental businesses from his previous roles. Mike specialises in business modelling, and introducing new systems and procedures.
Mike has designed and implemented various new systems within our new billing platforms and direct connectivity to key suppliers

Committed to delivering excellent customer service through a programme of continuous training and development' Gayle has more than 20 years experience in the car rental industry and understands the importance of investing in people.
Gayle joined us in spring of 2009. Currently studying for a degree in call centre management with UCLAN.
